The Organizing Committee of the 16th World Conference on Seismic Isolation, Energy Dissipation and Active Vibration Control of Structures calls for original submissions for the conference to be held July 01-06, 2019. Abstracts should be related to the topics of the conference. Abstracts must be submitted only via the online submission system of the conference before December,  01, 2018 to ensure timely consideration.

        Each registered participant can submit up to two papers (submitted in regular or/and special sessions). Any additional co-authored papers can be submitted by another registered co-author.

        At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference as full delegate, in order to be invited to make a presentation (oral or poster) in the technical program.

        An advance payment of 150 US dollars per paper must be made prior to the full paper submission (by February 10, 2019) to ensure appearance of the paper/papers in the conference proceedings. The advance payment will be fully deducted from the conference fees of the registered author, or will be fully refunded in case of paper rejection. 

In order to submit your contribution please complete the following steps:

1.     Registration

        All participants should register in the online submission system using the registration form found here and obtain a registration username and password, before the abstract submission. 

2.     Abstract submission

        Authors are kindly invited to submit an abstract via the online submission system of the conference. Please log in to the online submission system using the username and password obtained during registration. Abstracts should be submitted before December 01, 2018. Upon submission, corresponding authors will receive a verification email. Accepted papers will be published in the electronic conference proceedings.
